Warranty and Returns

We are proud of our products and stand behind them completely. However, in the unlikely event that you need to return one of our products, please refer to the guidelines below.

 

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

If your order was damaged or if you received the wrong item, we will replace the item entirely at our cost. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving a damaged or incorrect item and we will arrange for the item or items to be returned to us and replaced.

 

If you changed your mind about buying a product:

Product returns that are made for any reason other than damage or receiving an incorrect item will be refunded for the full purchase price. We must be notified within 30 days of the receipt of the product. The product must be returned to us (you will be responsible for the cost to ship the products back to us.) Once we have received the product, we will then reverse the full purchase price back to the credit card used for the original purchase.

 

If my product breaks or stops working:

Our products are used in a variety of settings ranging from hospitals to day care centers to homes. How and where our products are used will greatly impact the life span you can expect.  For example, in a hospital or day care center, our products will typically be used much more often than in a home setting.  This additional use will impact the lifespan, especially for products with electronic or moving parts.  To get the most out of your product it is critical that the product is installed and used properly.  Incorrect usage or installation will void any warranty rights.

If you experience an issue with a product within one year of purchase, please contact us and let us know what happened.  Depending on the circumstances, we will work with you to repair or replace the product. The cost involved will depend on how the product was used and damaged.  Products that have a problem after one year from the purchase date are no longer under warranty but please contact us if you have a concern. We will make every effort to provide a reasonable resolution.
