Warranty and Returns
We are proud of the products that we sell and stand behind them completely, but in the unlikely event that you need to return one of our toys, games, books or accessories, please see refer to the information below:
We will refund the purchase price, including any shipping charges in the event that an order was damaged or you received the wrong item or items. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving a damaged or incorrect item and we will arrange for the item or items to be returned to us at our cost.
Product returns that are made for any other reason than damage or receiving an incorrect item will be refunded for the purchase price only. We must be notified within 30 days of the receipt of the product. Merchandise that is shipping as a return must be at the customer cost to receive a refund.
Once we have received the product, we will then reverse the charge to your credit card so that the purchase price will be refunded to the credit card you used for the original purchase.
